I initially set out to write posts on nutrition and fitness to help you reach your goals and to provide as much value and content as possible, but I’m finding the writing to be a lot more time consuming than I anticipated.
As you may know, I have a full-time job, in addition to being a family man (which is my main priority), with 3 kids (11, 13, 15) whom are all very active in sports and extracurricular activities. My schedule is quite hectic to say the least!
With that said, I LOVE helping others reach their health and fitness goals and have invested thousands of dollars & hours over the years, trying every nutrition and fitness method under the sun while helping countless people achieve amazing results in terms of their body composition, fitness, health and mindset goals.
I don’t consider myself a fitness influencer or health guru. I’m just a regular guy with below average genetics who has worked extremely hard to look and feel my very best everyday. I’ve also spent an inordinate amount of time over the years obtaining knowledge through my own personal experience, books, seminars, reading studies, talking to experts in the field and most importantly running a gym where I got the opportunity to test out different methods to help folks like you on a practical level.
